Our client specializes in the restoration of both classified monuments and non-classified buildings. Within the restoration sector, they hold an important position in Belgium due to their many years of experience and craftsmanship. They are particularly known for complete restorations of buildings such as churches and cathedrals, castles and fortresses, mansions, and protected townhouses. Moreover, they have their own carpentry and stone masonry workshop.

Restoration of Protected Monuments
• 70 workers and 12 office staff as of May 5, 2018.
• 75 workers and 16 office staff as of September 2019.
Carpool parking in Loppem for the plasterers (foreman is from Staden). Departure around 6:00 to 6:15. Start on site at 7:15 - end at 16:00. Most start 15 minutes earlier.
With 3 plasterers, including the foreman. Working with lime (Rotkalk) in a two-layer system: a 2 mm layer of Sepro? Rough layer first, followed by a finishing layer. Historically, lime has always been used.
Windows are made in-house, and they restore windows and doors using only two types of wood: afzelia and oak. Roofers, facade restorers, sandblasters (one person), scaffolders, stone masons on site, floorers, carpenters, and formwork teams for exposed concrete work. Team of 10 bricklayers.
